Ep 26: How to Stop Overthinking Every Decision

Do you find yourself trying to come up with a solution to every possible scenario in order to make a decision? Do you think you have to have everything figured out before you make a decision? If so, it’s likely that you are overthinking it. It’s impossible for you to have an answer for everything, and you don’t need to in order to move forward with a decision.

This is something I struggled with when my mom was living with Alzheimer’s. To be honest, I still struggle with it in my daily life now. But luckily, I have some tips for how to stop overthinking every decision you have to make.
