If so, it’s likely that you are overthinking it. It’s impossible for you to have an answer for everything, and you don’t need to in order to move forward with a decision.
This is something I struggled with when my mom was living with Alzheimer’s. To be honest, I still struggle with it in my daily life now. But luckily, I have some tips for how to stop overthinking every decision you have to make.
