Has someone ever told you that you’ve changed a lot and you could tell they meant it in a negative way? Sometimes I think we have a tendency to view change as a bad thing, but in reality, people are constantly growing and evolving as they go through life. That’s the way it should be!
I have grown and changed so much throughout my life and my mom’s battle with Alzheimer’s. I use my experiences in life to help me grow and evolve into a better version of myself, and I change my mind a lot along the way. Change doesn’t have to be a bad thing! Give yourself permission to grow and change, and see how much better your life can be!
